We all dread going to the gym, or even working out for that matter. I am definitely guilty as charged. I have been slacking on my workout game, but am working on fixing that. It’s all about creating a routine…which may be a good idea for another post! In the meantime, here are a few things you can do to stay active without feeling like you’re doing a full workout. This is not me telling you that you don’t need to work out, it is me telling you that you can “supplement” your workout with some or all of these tips to get the most out of each day. Ready? Set. Go.
