Hi everyone! Sorry I have been MIA for the past week or so, it has been pretty crazy. We went back to Michigan to visit family, then spent a weekend in Chicago. James ran the Chicago Marathon. This is the time where I get to brag. He finished his first marathon and raised nearly $4000 for Team World Vision. I couldn’t be prouder to call him my boyfriend.
I’m so so excited to share this with you! I have been working for a couple of days to finish this. The farmer’s market was rained out on Wednesday, so I decided to put myself to work! I created a 7 day meal plan! When working I realized James and I eat pretty much the same stuff over and over. So, I am only posting 7 days of recipes while James and I try new recipes to add. (I will never post any recipes until I have tried them myself!)
The day has finally come! My kombucha tea is finally ready to drink. (I already had a glass this morning and I sampled it mid-way through the second fermentation phase. I’m not patient enough to wait!)
Here is a breakdown of my kombucha brewing experience so far:
It’s been a while since I’ve posted. This is primarily because James and I just moved from Michigan to Beaufort, SC. It’s Beautiful here!
We just moved here on Monday (8/1) and I will be participating in the Farmer’s Market on Wednesday (8/10). (Wish me luck!) I have started planning my display, setting pricing, and searching for a table. I will post updates (and pictures) after!
