Good morning! I’m feeling so good. I have been running a couple times with James AND I started a new yoga routine that I have been doing for almost a week now. If you’ve never tried yoga, do it! The best part about yoga videos is no one can see you struggle. I will be the first to admit I am not flexible AT ALL. So my downward dog….doesn’t exactly look like a downward dog. But that’s okay. Practice makes perfect…right?
