There are plenty of other things we do to keep ourselves healthy, sometimes I take these things for granted because we have been doing them for so long. I want to share with you some things you can do to help detoxify your home and create a safe, healthy environment for you and your family.
Most of us spend a lot of time at home, especially those of you who work from home. As important as it is for us to pay attention to what we put in our bodies, it is of equal importance to pay attention to what’s in our environment. Not only do we have to worry about the harmful chemicals in our cleaning and personal care products, we have to worry about mold, EMF exposure, BPA exposure and our water quality.
